She is another great example of taking what you’re good at and applying it to the cannabis industry. In her case she had years of experience creating standard operating procedures, hiring processes, and retail management, which she turned into an entire process that she could easily apply to dispensaries.  She has recently started Open Dor a dispensary franchise model that has already started opening retail locations in Arizona and New Jersey!
