H 170 – Legalizing Weed in Vermont

In the next few weeks a bill will be introduced in the Vermont House of Representatives that would legalize small amounts of marijuana in the state of Vermont.  VT Digger has a full run-down of what’s going on, but things are looking green in Montpelier!

This bill, co-sponsored by a bipartisan group of politicians, will not create a legal market that has seen successes in states like Colorado, Oregon and Washington State, but will be represent a major step forward in the legalization movement.

We here at CannaPlanners fully support H.170, and hope that a smooth transition into legalization will provide ample reason to explore options to create a retail market.
